Guidelines for submitting games to GiTEM

GiTEM welcomes Thai games and games from Thai developers. Listings are reviewed before publishing so players can discover clear, trustworthy, and useful game information.

01

What games can be submitted

You can submit Thai games in many forms, including games made by Thai developers, Thai teams, Thai studios, or projects connected to the Thai game community.

GiTEM supports in-development games, demos, free-to-play games, released games, and games across platforms such as PC, Mobile, Console, and Web.

GiTEM does not currently support 18+ or adult-only games. We may revisit this policy later, especially for content that could involve pornography, illegal gambling, rights violations, or material unsuitable for public listing.

02

Required information

Core information should include the game title, genre, short description, full description, development status, supported platforms, and at least one playable or follow link.

Helpful optional details include a cover image, trailer URL, price, demo status, system requirements, and extra links such as Website, Steam, itch, Facebook, Discord, App Store, or Google Play.

If you are recommending a game you did not create, please provide the correct creator or studio name so players and the GiTEM team understand where the work comes from.

03

Review and approval

After submission, the game enters review. AI may help with an initial check, and admins can also review or approve listings manually.

The team reviews whether the information is complete, the content is appropriate, links are working, and the listing fits GiTEM's purpose.

Approved games are published in the game directory. Listings that need changes are returned to draft.

04

When a listing is returned to draft

If information is incomplete, links do not work, content is unclear, or the team needs more verification, an admin may return the listing to draft with notes.

You can edit the listing, update the details, and send it for review again without creating a new game listing.

05

Claiming a game

If your game is already listed on GiTEM but is not connected to your account, the game owner or related developer can submit a claim request.

The team will review evidence or details that help confirm ownership before transferring management access, so listings cannot be claimed by the wrong person.
